Why is the Chrome icon showing on my installed app?

If you are seeing the chrome icon, it seems that the PWA is not installing and only a shortcut is appearing. It may be that the service worker or manifest files (critical to the PWA) are not loaded or that the configuration has not been done. Please reach out to us and we will help you fix it asap.
