How to install store on my phone? How do customers install it on their phones?
Customers on paid plans can use install pop-ups that tell your customers that your store can be installed as an app. On Android, the pop-up allows you to install the store directly but for iOS, the customer must go through a few additional steps. For those on the free plan, your users must install the app manually.
Note: On iOS PWAs are only installable from Safari and not from Chrome or other browsers. This is due to restrictions that Apple places on other browsers.
1a. Manual installation - iOS
PWA is only installable from Safari. To install, Click on the share button 
, scroll down and click Add to Home Screen.
1b. Manual installation - Android
Click on the 3 dots on Chrome (top right of the screen), scroll down and click on Install App.
2. Install pop-ups
- This is only available for paid users. You can show pop-ups to your customers that tell them to download your store as an app. This article tells you how to configure install pop-ups.

Note: When a user's device has already cached your store, the install prompt may not be shown for a period of 14 days. It may seem that it's not working. All you need to do is to clear the cache and access your shop again, and the prompt will show up.
