Manage your AMP Plan

Finding out which plan you have currently is easy, you only need to enter the Account tab and you'll see it above the other options. 

The AMP app by Ampify has four different tiers:  Free, Hobbyist, Small Company, and Enterprise. 

Please note that to activate enterprise plans, we request you to please contact us as it cannot be done through the app. This is because we need to do an audit, and plan resources  for custom theme development. 

Upgrading or Downgrading your current plan: If you decide you want to upgrade your plan, you simply click on See All Plans button and chose the tier you would like to be upgraded to. The same goes, for downgrading it. After that, you will be redirected to the Shopify dashboard, which will ask you to confirm and approve the charge. 

Refunds: We have a 30-day return policy. If you decided to discontinue using our app and want a refund, please contact our support via email at info@ampifyme.com or contact our chat to check if you are eligible.
